Report in flywheel, clutch installation success!
With my car in for transmission work (slipping out of fourth) and a clutch with some hot spots that Honda refused to warranty, I was presented with an opportunity to put in any kind of clutch I wanted.
I chose to go with the Toda flywheel which is six pounds lighter than stock, shown on the right..

What a wonderful difference!
The car idles better, accelerates better, and is smother when you heel/toe. IMO the car should have been delivered this way, and I am not at all sorry I put out the $470 for this piece.
The clutch I chose is unit from Star Clutch in Alabama. Because of the shortage of Honda parts they reworked my pressure plate and supplied a streetable Kevlar puck friction disk.

As predicted, it is a little

During my TSB-054 service, I also had the TODA Flywheel/ACT Clutch installed.
I liked the feel during my first 400 miles(before my Check-Engine Light saga). The benefits of the lighter flywheel were exactly as you listed.
However, I felt a noticeable difference in pedal pressure. I believe that this is due the ACT Pressure plate having a 38% higher clamping force.
If my car is ready for TWS, I'd like to have a clutch pedal pressure comparison test.

existing (old) stock PP reworked by Star
new 4-puck friction disc from Star
Toda flywheel
In Chris' picture of the "reworked" stock PP, however, it looks like it is a brand new PP. My hope was that reworking the existing PP would be much less than any new part and result in at least a few hundred $$ savings.

A new Honda PP (~$175) will be the base for the SPEC offering, probably receiving the same treatment as mine less surfacing. You would have to have a very low use unit to make in desirable to use it and the logistics of shipping and vehicle downtime make it difficult.
I cannot tell you what Star and Bulletproof will offer, but based upon my dealings with both of them there is a good chance you will get a superior product at a very reasonable price.
