Cold temperature stalling
I drive my S2000 daily (6600 miles currently) and have had no problems with its driveability until recently. When the temperatures drop below 32F (0C) my engine will start immediately, rev up to a normal cold idle level, then drop off and stall. I can "catch" the stall by blipping the accelerator, but if I don't blip the accelerator the car will stall every time. I should point out that this only happens on the first start of the day and NOT on the re-start or on any other starts during the same day, even if the car has sat all day in sub-freezing temperatures.
Have any of you experienced similar behaviors? Did you bother having it checked out? If you did, what were the results?

WHAT? Only 6600 miles? My '01 has >16k miles now. You'll need to drive it in the snow to get the engine broken in for next years autocross season!
My car stalls when a cold day hits after several warm days. Starts up fine on the second try (I let the engine die so it's noted as a stall in the ECU). From that point on, no more stalls until it gets warm again.
The ECU remembers starting problems and will compensate for them on subsequent starts. Try letting it actaully stall and see if that solves the problem...
