Default blew my motor

yeah, so...

I put on a test pipe and exhaust on my comptech s2000. I didnt turn up the fuel pressure and it slowly leaned out after I reset the ecu...

Im taking this as an opportunity to build it up and go TURBO...

Ill get pictures when I pull the head off tomorrow.

For some reason I didnt get upset(I got some action 1/2 an hour after it happened).

This is a common problem. Cars need to be tuned when running wide open exhausts, intakes, etc...
There's a guy selling a built motor (9:1) on the marketplace forum! Your head should be good so $3,500.00 + the cost of a hoist rental for a weekend and a good friend's time should get you going!

I have a test pipe and RM Racing exhaust and haven't had any problems with the CT SC running 7 psi. Is there something I should be worried about?

Sorry to hear about that, but at least you got some action. Now you have the turbo to look forward to.
