This is a new one to me! One obvious question is, have you checked the retention bolts that hold the seat to the floor? I'd be very shocked if they were loose but you never know. Also, the seat itself is held to the adjustment runners at four points. Two bolts at the front and two nuts on studs at the back. If any of these are loose (you'll have to pull the seat to check them, it's not hard), that could be your problem. FWIW, mine's solid as a rock.

Just a thought!

Good luck,
Steve R.

Maybe its set too far back and hitting the back interior panels. Mine was doing that and I adjusted it forward an inch and all is fine again.

^ Me too ^ Raising the back corrected the problem.

Try fastening the passenger seatbelt when noone is in it. Sometimes the buckle rattles against the side when it's not buckled.

Mine rattles a bit too. I think it is the seat back that moves. If you grab it and shake, it moves a little and makes some noise. It only does it on really rough roads, so it hasn't bothered me too much. Let me know if you find a fix!

Somtime the platic on the top back of the seat will knock against the plastic on the roll bar. I live in Miami and I'm no stranger to bumpy roads. *cough* palmetto *cough*

yeah... i think if i move the seat up a little it will solve the problem.... oh and its not the whole seat that rattles...(it is fastened fine to the 4 bolts on the bottom) it's the upper part of the seat that wabbles when no one is in it! I was just wondering if i was the only one with this!

As far as the seatbelt rattle goes, I just fold the latch back and stick the end in the clip that holds the belt on the seat. That keeps it from banging against the door...
