I would like to install a a strut bar on my car to go on the track, what do you think about this one:

nothing needed there. if its your first track day just go drive the car.

If you haven't had one recently spend the $ on an alignment.

Pads, fluids, YES. But you do not NEED aftermarket suspension, or a "strut bar." Its your car and you can modify it as you desire, but as far as tracking the car the modifications you are asking about are far from necessary.

If you do wish to add modifications to the car, you may consider starting with a seat and a roll bar. I'm sure in the future you'll get a better idea of what you want and you wont have to ask us.

i would say that is probably a good setup since t1r is a reputable company, it looks like a great price for both strut bar and x brace

that is a PITA to install...i would assume it stiffens up the chassis a little because it was pretty difficult to get all 4 pts. to where they needed to be.

unfortunately thats an incorrect assumption.

because it was hard to install means its good?

OK then, here is the collected wisdom I have seen in this group over the past 4-5 years regarding suspension and chassis:

Weld in a roll cage. That will get you all the chassis stiffness you could ever want, and also add to safety.

Don't screw around with bolt-on braces. They are not worth the weight.

Seam weld the upper A-arm brackets.

Buy a nice set of coilovers, and maybe an anti-bumpsteer kit if it's an older car.

Remove the softtop.

Add a wing and a splitter.

Check/replace the A-arm bushings.

Consider changing out the anti-roll bars (but this depends a lot on your other choices.
