Default s100 over Zaino

S2kSimon and I had a mini Zaino/s100 get together. We slapped on one coat of Z2 and topped with s100 paste the results :

This is my passenger door...

My rear quarter panel...

And finally my trunk...

Matrix gives S100 2 x , Homer2 thanks for letting me borrow your s100....do I really have to give it back ????

S2kSimon, thanks for the help and use of your new Z2!

and my car is also well known for its wet look!
very easy on and off.

looks great BUT you can not ( i guess you can) sandwich P21 and Zaino because s100/p21 is Carnuba.. Zaino requires you to strip all the carnuba before you apply Z..

btw i used it on my Spa and really didn't notice too much of a diffenece cept the bugs were harder to remove

bass- i had heard this before i sandwiched, but wanted to try it anyway (since i had sanwiched with finish first before with great luck). my experience has been that it works great-
i also am aware that zaino's advice is to not sandwich.
i would be interested in the experiences of others...

I also use carnuba over zaino, gives it a much wetter look and better protection. The zaino is only a polish, protecting it with a good wax will keep you from having to reapply as often.

I tried S100 over Zaino this weekend. My finish is definately not a slick as just the Zaino.

I just went to Brookside Imports last night - they're the people that import P21S. They said that the two are identical, except in the way they're applied and marketed. You can substitute one for the other.
