Hi all! We'll be racing the March S2Ki featured "Mistress" in the SCCA National Tour Autocross in Ft. Worth over the April 6-8th weekend. Coincidentally, this coincides with the Bridgestone Ride/Drive event that is happening there. Both events are at the Texas Motor Speedway in fact. Anway, this is an open invitation for anyone to come out and watch and hang with the team for the weekend. The schedule for both Saturday and Sunday is the same, but Sunday's runs decide the winner so I would say Sunday would be more exciting!

 

I might just stay up here that weekend. I'm game for watching. Need a hand in the pits? I doubt it, but just offering for the heck of it.

 

I may make a run up there. I'd like to see an S2000 in Auto-X action. Thanks for the invite and Good Luck!

 

if someone needs a place to crash, I've gotta extended stay hotel (2/2) in Dallas (Addison specifically).

I would really like to go... and if I could spend the night there then it would deem the drive worthy.

BTW, is there a better/more exciting way to get to dallas other than the interstate??

 

notta problem JD, just bring a sleeping bag for the couch just in case. most likely, the other room will be freed up and you can stay in there. (the other developer who lives here goes home to austin on the weekends)

Sounds like a blast. I will be heading up on Friday evening to see family and then ziippp! to TMS for the races on both days.

Any info on tickets/availability/pit passes? this will be the first event like this for me and I am not sure about the iside scoop on seats/viewing.

Any suggestions would be welcome.
