With so many folks trying to find out what this or that rattle is I would like to point out a few (along with fixes):

1) Loose spare tire nut-tighten nut
2) Loose heat shield-tighten nut
3) Passenger seat riding against the rear wall-move seat forward one click
4) Differential "groan"-see dealer
5) #4 cylinder Tap, Tap, Tap,-check #4 plug for fouling (oil)
6) Roof whistle- Lubricate seals with shinetsu for whistle
7) Roof rattle - apply heat shrink plastic tubing to roof hooks to tighten

Sun visor rattle against trim - apply felt/rubber feet from home depot.
