He ripped off another member S2KRob. Does anyone know who/where this guy is? email addy, phone or address?

dan, if you get the info, i'll have my sister call (her korean is just as good as her english - she was an anchorwoman for a korean television station in korea who now works as a translator for the UN). if he owns businesses in the area, he might also be a member of the korean small businessmen association, which my father is the chairman of.. either way, we'll find this guy, and he will pay.

3) On or around October 12,2002 I mailed the money order to 21 Heinrick Way, Bridgewater.

4) On October 16, 2002 PM'ed Paul to find out whether he received my money order:

This was the last PM Paul responded to. I managed to find his cell phone number from other board members and contacted him that way for the past 4 months.

7) Around the week of December 20, 2002, he called and said that he would send out the money order that week. This money order was never received.

8) Subsequent calls in February and March made by me to Paul were not returned.

9) Middle of March, he left me a message stating that he had sent out the money order.

10) That day, I phoned back and left him a message that I never received the money order, as per my messages that I left him over the past 6 weeks.

11) In April, I called and threatened legal action.


Current status: Paul claims to live in NYC, and his brother handled the transaction. His parents definitely live at the NJ address. Paul is no longer returning any of my phone calls.

I have filed a complaint with the USPS, and the FBI's Internet Crimes Division. The Toronto police are not interested and consider the matter a civil dispute (typical Toronto police crap).

Any help you guys can provide would be MOST appreciated.

If you guys get me my money back, I'll find a way to send down some of our good Canadian beer!
