When I first suggested that I might do SM4 several people offered assistance - fantastic! If you'd llike to help out here are some suggestions of things that need to be done:

1 Orgainize raffle and charity collection

2 Donate prizes

3 Organize drive and leaders for each group

4 Set up mailing list and organize collection of deposits and dinner money

Some of these things could be done by more than one person.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

I am willing to organise the raffle. I will do a post requesting donations very soon. Of course I will donate some things too

I can also do number 4, as I have the database already set up with everyone's email address in.
