Sweet pics! You're going out with this one?

What's Q? I can't figure out the units - kgf/m^2?

You guys ever think of going for the X-Prize?

Day 2 - 31 deg N, 121 deg W as of 7 AM PST
Averaging 10.8 knots
216 Nautical miles travelled so far, 2649 miloes remaining to launch site.

Max Q is the maximum dynamic pressure the atmosphere puts on the rocket during launch.

The food on the cruise ship looking vessel (the Assembly and Command Ship - ACS) is pretty lousy as they have to cook for 240 people. On my ship, the Launch Platform (LP) our cooks only have to work for 70 so it is much better. For dinner last night our choices were strip steak, lamb kabobs, halibut steaks, rice, fries, pork and cabbage, ice cream and jello. Must use inner kung fu powers to avoid pigging out!

As you can tell this is the work boat. No shuffleboard or beach chairs here!
