Thanks to several members of the S2Ki site (my2k2s2000, TomCat and John) and dozens of other great people and exotic cars, the first annual RALLY MIDWEST was a complete success!!

Thanks to all who participated and helped make this a fun event.

Star attractions included:

- A classic Ferrari (thanks to Reina International Auto for joining us with these very special cars!)
- BMW Z8 Alpina
- Acura NSX
- Z06 Corvette
- S2000s - 4 in all! Nice showing guys
- RX7 Twin Turbo
- Porsche 911
- Porsche 914
- MGs and more.

The 100-mile route began at Miller Park in Milwaukee, and after a 20 minute jaunt on I-43, which had several of us running our best against the Diablo, Esprit and Z8, took us through the winding roads and rolling hills of the southern Kettle Moraine State Forest and concluded at the picturesque Holy Hill.

We look forward to seeing more S2Kers next year, including any/all friends with exotic or semi-exotic rides and a passion for driving.

Very cool. I am sorry I could not attend. I will definatly put this on my calendar for next year. I will also do my best to drag out my buddy with his 50th Anniversary 'vette.

 

Hilly and I had an absolute blast. Kudos to the organisers and everyone who participated.

We'll definitely be there again next year!!!
