Congratulations, I got tricked too. It's a bitch to drill holes and I would have rather payed more if they offered me the option of drilling holes for me..

ya just gotta dry fit the son of a bitch and eyeball the holes and mark them with a sharpee then drill a small pilot hole then, dry fit again , if you are happy drill the appropriate size if not adjust your pilot holes until you are sure you have a straight line of sight through your pilots - then drill! I recommend a second set of hands! I did it by myself and it sucked ass! Also, I used some 1 1/4 fender washers on the bottom of the lip on the four mounting points with the long bolts so I could drill larger holes in the lip for finer adjusting of the lip!
Good luck!

i did the same thing too, got a lip without holes. Take it to a place with a lift. It makes it much easier to line up the holes. I'm in the gas station business so i kind of lucked out on the lift part. I'd really recommend an extra set of hands on this.

Hmmmm. Sucks to have no holes. Measure 3 times, drill once.
Also, you should have 4 cylindrical spacers of 2 different lengths that the bolts go through. These spacers are a must in order for the lip to be mounted firmly. Sorry, I'm at work right now or I'd jack the car up and take some pics for ya.

The holes you need (if it doesn't come with holes) is only slightly larger than what the bolt that goes through it.
Do several "test" fits to measure correctly and to make sure your lip placement is exactly where you want it. Prop it up with boxes, lumber, or phone books so you can stand in front and take a good look.
There are 9 bolts that hold on the front of the belly pan plastic. You will use the bolts holes in position #'s 1, 4, 6 and 9 - the two outermost ones and the two on each side of the most center one. Here's what one of the stock bolts look like:

Here is what the outermost cylindrical spacer looks like. It is approx. 1.75" long and has a hole in the middle for the bolt to pass through. You can also use suitable washers to make up the required depth. Also make sure you use a small washer next to the bolt head so it can support the lip and not gouge a hole in it over time.

Here is what the short (more central) spacer looks like. It is approx. 1.25" long.

On each end in the wheel well is another fastener (screw) that must be drilled:

Here is a pic of the installed lip so you can see the relative distances to other bumper features. (When the car is jacked up, have the wheel turned full lock so you can access this area for drilling and screw placement):

I lined the bottom of the lip with a 40 mil thick 3M Scotchcal film to act as a bit of protection against low clearance occasions. When the film has been damaged too much, just peel the rest off and replace it with a new piece.

I just removed my front lip to make some repairs as a result of driving my car through a snow ridge at "ramming speed".
Here are some more photos of the actual hardware OFF the car:

Sorry to rebump this old thread,

But Dave, I am having extreme difficulties screwing on the two end bolts with the long cylinders. I've had a friend helping me with the bumper, but still the cylinder itself seems to be too long and screw to short. The tread on the screw doesn't seem to want to connect with the clip.

So I didn't use it and result in visual gaps on both sides.

What do you do to fit the two side cylinders?

My method was that I install the two shorter cylinders in the middle, screw the two screws at the wrap around, then in stall the two outter cylinders, which I had difficulties in.
