It really doesn't matter what order you follow to put the cylinders and screws in. When you have the bolts stuck through the cylinders, there should be about 1/2" or slightly more of thread sticking through the end of the cylinder. I realize that if you just start pushing up and trying to thread the bolt, it is very hard. You must somehow get a finger up and above the metal bolt anchor that's on the undertray and hold it down as you try to thread the bolt. Otherwise, you just keep pushing the anchor away. Once it begins to thread, it'll be smooth sailing.

"screw the two screws at the wrap around, then in stall the two outter cylinders, which I had difficulties in." ----- From the sounds of this, your bolts are not going through the centers of those cylinders. You will lose the cylinders eventually.

i had difficulty trying to get those bolt threads to catch the clips......a little patience and elbow grease did the job.

Take your time and PUSH HARD!!

I removed the lip today and still didn't manage to install the two outter cylinders.

So I left it behind for another sunny day.

Thanks for your infos.

Comets, I'll be out in July. If you haven't got it on by then, I'll take a look at it (plus anything else you can think of).
