Guys and Gals,

Just to let you all know that in amongst all the other things I do, I am (also) a Certified NRA Instructor.

The new Michigan CCW is an important thing for us Michiganders......now, anybody can get a permit if they are of good character and meet the requirememnts (including having training).

I am going to be conducting the course for the new Michigan CCW permit (effective July 1, 2001).

If I get at least 4 of you that want to do the course, we could do a private class just for the Stook owners! It's a lot of fun.....there is a lot of practical including 2 hours of shooting at the range!

By the way, if you have never handled/fired/owned a pistol before, don't be afraid. There is a course I can give you that introduces you to shooting and safe ownership/handling.

I've been wanting to do this. Give me the details of time, place, etc and count me in.

 

I already have 3 other S2K-ers wanting to do the course, so it is a go. Thanks for the enquiry.

Will be confirming a time this week. It will likely be in about 3 weeks time. Class will be held at cnr of Maple and Beck Rds in Wixom. Shooting range TBC, but likely Target Sports in Royal Oak.

Anybody else that you know of who would be interested in doing the course?

By the way, you don't need to have your own pistol to undertake this course. There is a class pistol that can be used, and any pistol can be rented at the range for between $5-7 an hour.
