Default OEM Alarm Remote Operation

I may have missed something in my search through the database here, so I'm asking. I was fiddling around the other day and playing with the remote, took the battery cover off, took the battery out and put it all back in. Now it won't open the car. The other remote still works, but this one doesn't now. LED comes on, that's it. Does it need to be reprogrammed or something? I can't find the OEM alarm manual to see if it has anything about this in it.

Thanks.

Weird, I wouldn't think replacing the battery would cause the need to reprogram it. Mine never has. I guess you could try it though and see if it works and if not have Honda replace it with a new one.

Make sure the battery is installed with the right polarity.........+ & -..............led might still light up, but it may not operate properly..........good luck!

Interesting, what about for OEM alarm functions. Like If i want my car not to blow its horn when I arm it. More of a silent type, is there a way to do that? Or not auto-activate when the key is not on the ignition. Any1 know how to do these?
