Took advantage of the unseasonably balmy weather today and left work early, dropped the top, and drove north on the JFX from downtown. The air was sweet and the car felt tight and eager... and I just couldn't help but take advantage! Just past Northern Parkway I hit VTEC and didn't let up until 115 MPH..... and here's the I'm a moron part - I'm driving on expired temp tags! I just haven't had a chance to get to the MVA yet - so had I been caught, it could have been really bad. Moron!

Temp is supposed to get close to 60 tomorrow! This is exactly why I drive a convertible baby! Is it just me or does the car just drive so much better with the top down?

 

Wait...the top goes up?

I finally got tags today, my wife went to the MVA for me. How many people can say that???? She's awesome!

Good story: a co-worker of mine has had an 04 Silverstone on order for months, dealership has been stringing him along. In the meantime I got my Silverstone, it's killing him! So today at lunch I took him for a ride, just to get him excited for his car and give him a taste of what it can do.

Five minutes after we get back, he gets a call that is car is in, and he can come pick it up. Sweet!
