Default Backyard intake cover

Does anyone have this? Would they recommend it? Does it make any performance difference? Does it fit on like the stock cover? Thanks

I do...appears to make little difference but does look nice. In fact, in preparation for an SC I am planning to let mine go cheap.

Default Some Pics of the BYS Intake Plate

It's a panel that covers the entire area between the the radiator and the front lip of the hood. There is an area that is raised and fitted to the air box opening.

Here's a pic of it uninstalled:

which front spoiler is that Gregg? sorta looks like the Mugen.

Back Yard Special. It looked a lot better in Asheville without the huge chunk missing. The thing cracks and breaks if you look at it the wrong way. Had a cone practically go right thru it at the NNJR Auto-X school.
