Ordering a Comptech supercharger but have a few questions:
As the title states, I'm ordering a Comptech Supercharger w/Aftercooler at the end of the week and plan on upgrading the following at the same time:
Comptech Supercharger w/Aftercooler
4:57 Gearset
Comptech Reinforced Diff. Housing
I've got the following on the car right now:
Comptech CAI
Invidia Cat-Back
Clutchmasters Stage II Clutch
ZEX Kit (For Sale) ;-)
My question being, is there anything else I should upgrade while installing the above parts? I want power to take a backseat to reliablity. Thanks for your opinions in advance.

I think you're pretty much good to go. Do you have a model year of car that still has the old 2 hole oiljet bolts? If so, you might consider changing them to the newer 4 hole bolts. MY'00, '01 and part way through '02 had the 2 holers.
Since you have Comptech CAI you can save some money if you get the supercharger kit without the CAI box. The saving is not much. If you order from an outside source not from Comptech directly you might not get the saving, however you can probably buy it in a better price than directly from Comptech.
The original S2000 was built with 2-hole oiljet bolts. There was a European-only recall to have these upgraded to the current 4-hole bolts. The reason given was that the driving style in Europe needed that extra margin of safety. The N. American market was NOT deemed necessary to have the same recall but all cars built after this point got the new bolts.
Underneath each piston is an oiljet that sprays oil continuously at the underside of the piston and lower cylinder area. This jet of oil acts as both a lubricant and as a cooling mechanism. The new 4-hole bolts made the lubrication and cooling much more efficient and effective. It can be surmised that, with F.I., this better bolt is a wise investment.
Beroz -- Yes, I did the upgrade myself at the time I did the Vortech install, which required the oil pan to be removed anyway. It was only an additional 1/2 hour at this point to swap out the bolts. To do it from scratch would take about 2 hours. These bolts cost roughly $10.00 to $15.00 each. The installation is not difficult, although there is a right way and many wrong ways to do it.
