How does it sound?

 

First of all i did not buyed it as competition item. It is hard to retreive a deep bass sound in the S2K, but my first impression on this new toy is very good. It needs some time to adjust the amplifier, but it sounds really good. There is still some distortion/vibration of several components in the trunk, but i need to place another MDF board under the Alpine unit, because this is also the place where the sub is positioned.

I've also bought it because the sub and amplifier are one system which results in a little more space in the back

The head unit is also an Alpine radio/cassette with cd-control unit and 4x40Watts.
