Well I took a day off to go to the DMV today so I thought why not try the new Wolfgang stuff I got.

The car already had AIO/NXT/S100 on it. This time the whole process was simple since it had already been clayed and prepped last week. So all I had to do was wash, polish, wax.

First I washed the car with NXT wash. Once I dried the car it was time to get started.

I started with the Wolfgang Prewax polish enhancer. It's basically the same as Klasse AIO, a mild paint cleaner to prep the surface.

This stuff went on easy and came off just as easy. It left my paint super slick, no difference in shine really since it was already shiny

Next was what really impressed me... Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealent.

A quick Pro/Con of this stuff first

Pros
- Synthetic sealant (like Zaino, NXT, etc)
- Goes on like carnauba wax (super easy, very similar to S100)
- Hazes like carnauba
- Super easy removal, no elbow grease required
- Can't be found at Walmart (not your typical mass produced stuff)
- Super slick
- Carnauba like shine (it left a very wet look like S100, not plasticy like other sealants)
- Can be layered (big plus)

Cons
- Can't be found at Walmart (for some this may be a hassle)

Unknown
- Sealant durability - just applied so I have no idea it'll last, but it is a synthetic so I expect longer than carnauba life

I'm very impressed with the sealant. The stuff comes in liquid form but when you apply it to the car is goes on like S100. Removal is just as easy. The shine is leaves is very much like S100, a wet deep gloss, not plasticy like most sealants I've used.

Sorry I don't have any pics, just take my word for it

If you are willing to try something new give this stuff a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I like your list of pros and cons.

I hope it lasts because it is easier to use than all the other polymers and it does give a deep shine. I'm trying not to detail spray my trunk so I can see how it does with dust. I noticed the hairs on my arms standing up near the spoiler although that is probably more from the MF towel being rubbed on the urethane spoiler.

I recently detailed a whole car with Wolfgang. My friend's pictures turned out horrible though.

1. Wash
2. Clay
3. Washed again.
4. Meguiar's DACP.
5. Meguiar's Swirl free polish.
6. WG Pre-cleaner.
7. WG Sealant

This was on a black car so the shine turned out great.

One thing I noticed with WG it is very slick. It does not seem to attract a lot of dust. It was very easy to apply and very easy to remove. No residue is left on the moldings but there is some powder from the wax. You don't have to use much product to get adequate coverage.

From what I've read on autopia.org it seems to last fairly long.

FWIW, waxes I've tried: Mothers, Zaino, almost everything from Meguiar's other than NXT, P21s, & Klasse AIO.

^ that's pretty much what I thought. Super slick surface after, easy use and carnauba like shine

I wonder how layering it looks.

On a side note, on my S2000 I have Klasse AIO followed by P21s on it, the other day I used the Pre-Cleaner + Sealant on the hood and I could not tell a difference visually. I have Silverstone so that probably attributes to it somewhat. It did feel a lot slicker though.

Went back and added a second and final layer of the sealant, next is a coat of the carnauba

Snapped some quick and crappy pics while it was in the garage. Excuse the dirty garage, I'm fortunate enough my cousin lets me borrow it, or my S would live in a driveway
