OK, kiddies, thanks to the stellar turnout here we will be having our next DC area meet on [BLUE]AUGUST 11, 2001[/blue].

I will be providing more details in the next few days but after some careful route planning (and judicious theft from my friend Howard) we will be starting on in Sterling, working through Leesburg, thru scening Middleburg, then thru the plains and we'll finish off in Herndon. It's a fun course with some highspeed sections, some twisties and some nice scenic areas. In the off chance we can't partake in Pat's BBQ ('cause he's too busy w/ baby formula) I'll get us squared away at a nice little joint in Herndon.

I'll be posting directions to the starting point (tentatively Dulles Town Center) in a bit.

As an aside, I will also be asking some of our NSX breatheren along as well. They're great guys.

Some people know how much I love my new job...holding it on a Monday was just wishful thinking. I have corrected the post.

 

Might have some out-of-town visitors that weekend ... otherwise, I'll be there. Since I live and work 5 minutes from Dulles Town Center ... I'm eager to see the route you've picked out ...
