Default Gas Mileage

The last few tanks of gas have been going pretty quickly. The last time I filled up I was at 1 bar of fuel, and had only logged about 205-210 miles on that tank. This tank has been going pretty quickly as well. About half of my driving is in the city, and half is done on the highway. It just seems like I'm getting abnormally bad gas mileage lately, so I wanted to see what some of ya'll get in order to determine whether or not I might have a problem here.

Thanks!

Brian

Usually around 230 miles on a tank. I always try to fill up with 2 lines remaining.

How many miles per tank? Not a good way to measure. Some feel sqeemish and pull in to fill up at an eigth left, others let it go until it looks like it is one fumes.

That might mean a "tankful" is 12 gallons to some and more or less to others. Figure out miles per gallon after the fillup, not miles per tank as the "tank" will be different each time.

I'm getting 23-25 on my MY04, about an equal balance of highway and city driving, and I hit VTEC for at least a few seconds on the way home every day .

I got 26.5mpg on my last tank. Gas is so expensive, i've been easy on the throttle. About 60% freeway.
