Default Found Article Mentioning 2006 S2000

I'm not sure if this was mentioned here on the forum before, but enlight of the speculation that some say the S2000 is ending it's production, I thought you'd be interested in this small piece of information from the November 2003 issue of Motor Trend. I found an article under "sketch pad," 2006 Acura NSX. The article talks about how the NSX will have an all new body and possible a V8 engine, then goes on to say that "the NSX will follow an updated Honda S2000, another aluminum-bodied rear drive model built in the same Japanses factory." I thought that was kind of interesting.

I doubt it's correct or accurate. I've seen the "future forecasts" of the car mags, and many times, they aren't near correct. We'll just have to wait and see.

Hey, I'm happy with my S2K. I'm sure they can improve it a little more down the road, but I'm not too worried about it, as I plan on keeping mine. Once it's paid off, I'll buy something else newer, better, faster as a second car.

The S2000 is not aluminum-bodied. If the article can't even get a basic fact like that right, how can we expect their speculation about a 2006 model be remotely accurate?

Exactly. Which is why it's useless to give any credence to an article speculating about a next-gen S2000s.
