We now have S2000 rear anti-bumpsteer kits from The Go Fast Lab for sale! This custom S2000 rear control arm replacement solves two of the most common ailments of the S2000 rear suspension: It reduces and nearly eliminates potentially dangerous bumpsteer in cars lowered up to 1.5 inches. It also allows independent adjustment of rear toe and camber which was never possible before. Manufactured to our specifications using Aurora suspension grade rod ends, 304 Stainless Steel and Honda OEM bushings. A race-only version is also available that uses a pillowball mount instead of rubber bushings.

The street pieces are in stock and ready to ship. The race pieces are built to order with about a one week turnaround before shipping.

I had the race version of these guys installed on my car when we ran CalSpeedway. If there where any bumps on the banking i didnt notice them at all at over 140mph.

That has always been one of the little quirks of driving this car fast, that it requires small preplanned steering inputs due to changes in how the rear end tracks when bumps are hit at high speed. T8 at Willow spring is a prime example of such a turn. You have to know that there is a series of bumps at the apex of T8 on the inside line that require steering input at just the right moment to keep the back end planted.

Who's going to test the race version on the street to see how it rides? Any anticipated downsides other than a very sensitive, harsher ride? How would they wear?

The only possible dowsnide I can think of, with the exception of the obviously harsher ride, would be that the race pieces will transmit more force to the chassis mounting points without the benefit of the bushings. Not sure what the ultimate effect of that would be. Since these arms are more for wheel placement rather than actually supporting the car like a lower a-arm does, then it's going to be minimized and you still have rubber bushings elsewhere. Just something to think about but I'm not sure how significant this is. We obviously recommend the street pieces for the street and the race pieces for the track.
