I've been in touch with Rick about having another Vintage gathering this year, and he said it is definitely a go! Probably a reception like last year. So all you Vintagers and preVints that are holding out on coming, we want you to represent!! Don't miss it!!

UPDATE 10/18/04: The reception is scheduled for Sat night at 10PM in the Atrium (after the banquet and track/autox meeting).

^ Yeah, I can put peeps who think they will attend at the top of the thread, but it will be an informal affair like last year. Day/time to be determined...perhaps after the banquet? Lots of members besides Vintagers showed up last year...it was really successful I thought. And fun!

I'm interested, however, if the gathering is after the banquet and the banquet is as late as last year's (remember, I fell asleep at the table), I will not be there. After the day's activities, driving, etc. I'm too tired to stay up til the wee hours. I didn't get to the one last year, because . . . I fell asleep at the dinner table at the banquet, so I went up to my room and fell into the bed. I'd love to be able to make it this year.

 

One nice thing this year is that the drive is in the morning, I believe, and will be short, I believe also. That being said, I'll be able to nap in the afternoon for a while.
