Will a spoon stb clear a comptech intake?

Will not clear. This topic has been researched and discussed at great length. The only way you can get a strut bar other than the Comptech to clear the intake is if you do some trimming on the lid of the airbox. People on here have done it, just do a search. I think they made the Cusco fit.
