Default Gearbox solution

I found this site on the net. http://ppgearbox.com.au/html/products.htm#5

They made a gear set for the S2k that costs about 3800 american dolars.
There is the price listing http://ppgearbox.com.au/images/content/PPG...ce%20List04.xls

and they have dealers here in the US http://ppgearbox.com.au/html/dealers.htm.

I heard from a friend right now that these gears are basicly not "breakable"

Hi Guys,

I was the first to use a ppg gearbox, the box is fantastic, I have broken 3 gearboxes in the past, since i got a ppg box, and my nissan diff, the car has been unbreakable,

I have drag raced it, where I launched the car at 8krpm. At the moment i am putting a set of toda cams spec 2. It should be finished in 2 weeks.

Once it is finished i will post a vid of the car drag racing. Also I will post some pics of the the new mounts and axles for the diff.

Cheers

I talk to simon yesterday.

He will give 15% discount if there are more than 5 orders for these boxes. He is currently treating honda s2000 gears as small jobs between his other bigger nissan and wrx jobs. If there is a big order things will obviously change.

Elaug, are you rebuilding your broken boxes? Do you want to get a 1-4 straight gears and 5-6 helical with synchro?
