Another option to the June Dragon run
Last December at Timmy's we talked about a run through Amish/wine country in northeast Ohio, a drive I call Targa Breitenbach. This run is a one day drive on some great roads (route was laid out by PCA), lunch at the Breitenbach winery, and a return loop. It starts and ends at the Lodi outlet mall, south of Cleveland.
We could schedule this for Saturday June 25 (the winery is closed on Sunday). There is plenty of tourist type stuff along the way if you and your significant other want some quality time with each other and the credit card.
Just a thought. If you still want to go to the dragon, that is cool too, but here is another option.

Scott. I remember you talking about this event as well. I think this would be a good time.. sounds like more of a social event rather than a drive and I'm definitely ok with that (hmm... I wonder if I should find a date
)... except that my credit card won't hold anything more than a tank of gas
Let's see if we can get more people interested. I'm tenatively a yes for the drive

Motoo I consider our driving events to be social events as well. This is 150+ miles of driving. There is a lot to see and do along the way. I will provide driver notes to all cars and you can go at your own pace and stop as you like.
Lunch at the winery does not mean getting ripped if that is your point. In fact I will not continue the drive with anyone after lunch who is not fit to drive--everyone probably knows this, but I will say it anyway for clarification.

I apologize and stand corrected Scott. I didn't mean to say that the drive is not social as well. I meant a trip like the dragon would have less appeal to a significant other when compared to a drive and lunch at a winery. I'm still interested and would like to attend.
