Help Me Out....Serious Fraud....
A friend of mine had over $3000 transferred from his paypal account to someone else's account at like 3:00AM ish.
The money was transferred to this email address: ImSoHooD_@hotmail.com
Unfortunatelly, I do not have any emails that were sent to my friend from this address, so I dont have an IP address.
Does anyone know how to find out info regarding this email address?
Location, IP address, etc etc...
Thanks for the help!

Best solution, I think, is to get Paypal to resolve this fraudulent activity.
Dumb NYPD cops told me that "Its not murder, you probably arent going to get any help here" Dumb pigs, as useful as a c0ck flavored lollipop.
where;s the emails? Try contacting paypal, and the isp of the guy's IP. Have your friend file a police report. If the transfer was unauthorized, paypal can reverse it. The funds are not released immediately upon transfer, so the dude doesn't have the money in cash yet.
I don't know when people will understand if you have to use paypal use a credit card, YOU CAN BLOCK FUNDS!!!
I had to do this on my first paypal transaction and guess what, i got to keep my money and kept the merchandise which was defective!

The money was actually denied by AMEX after the fraud call came in. We just want to get the guy....Videotape him getting dragged out of his house in cuffs, and post it all over the internet.

being that its a web based address, its going to be difficult to trace the IP.
I have to imagine the email will be sent from the hotmail server, not from the users computer. You might try contacting hotmail with the problem and see if they will release the IP of the user logging into that account.
