Update for today....
*Contacted all the other people who he has ripped off.
*Contacted all merchants where the stolen money was used.
Still waiting for the Fed. Agent to call me regarding wether or not its a go....(evidence is good)
It will probably take him a day or two for hotmail to release his emails to them.
