Post Excellent customer service !

I ran into an issue late Sunday night and placed an order online with......Hardtopguy.com

I was presently suprised to see an email come thru Monday before lunch with a confirmation and a Fed-X tracking number attachment

........and just a few moments ago after finishing with dinner this evening the Fed-X driver dropped it off at the door. Not only did my package arive safe and sound but a few small items were thrown in for free to finish the project.

That is outstanding customer service

Jeff Goetz is top shelf in my book and his operation is the reason why I love the S2000 community.

That sounds like exceptional customer service

I have heard a lot of good things about hardtopguy. Doesn't surprise me one bit.

I just wanted to add my opinion about Jeff and Hard Top Guy. Jeff is a class act. He knows his product and will share with you the good and bad about auto parts...

I'm happy you got such excellent service. My experience with HT Guy has been terrible. My many emails and phone calls were almost never returned, items were rarely shipped when promised, (numerous deadlines missed and promises broken) and even though I returned a differential core in person, it took nearly 45 days to get my $1000 deposit back.

This all happened after I'd bought nearly $10k in parts, bought many raffle tickets, and even given the guy a few fast laps around Cal Speedway. (Maybe I shoulda driven slower?)

I'm glad for those that were treated right, but Ganley Honda will never see another penny of my business.
