I GOT SCREWED! :(
When I purchased my 2002 s2000 two weeks ago I thought I got a great deal. It had 37xxx miles and had about $300 worth of repairs needed (windshield chip, interior door panel tear, inspection, rear tires) I got it for $18,500 out the door including my trade (I got a fair valure for my previous car).
I was happy as hell considering the fact that I have been looking for the past 18 months and my toyota celica required $6000 worth of repairs.
So today I go to the gas station and fill up on gas. Everytime I fill up, I reset the trip- meter to calculate my gas mileage (bad habit). So I press and hold "SEL" even though I usually press "TRIP". What do I see?????? THE CAR HAS 60350 MILES!!!!!!
I had only driven the car 500 miles since I bought and wanted to cry. I told myself that the dealership was trying to screw me b/c they wouldnt think I would find out.
Whats wrong with this picture ?

37,000(ISH) Miles = 60,000(ISH) KM
Miles= USA
KM= Everywhere else.
Hit that button again, and you'll be back to 37,000.
Unless I am understanding you wrong.

whats wrong with the picture is that ur a horrible person for tryin to make someone look stupid by falling for this.

by the way, its always fun to c how much km's u have on the car! makes u feel a little better when u switch back to the lower miles.
