Default Sideways Big Exhaust

It's taken much longer than expected but the larger exhaust is finally taking shape.

We've had to back up a couple times and start over. Dyno testing in a couple weeks.

3-1/2 inch main pipe split to 3 inch. Don't you love a clean shop.

Stainless tips being considered.

3.5" to 3" sounds like overkill to me. i know you have built a machine, but why bother with anything larger than 2.5"-3"? my guess, hp numbers will be higher way, way up top and tq will be low across the board.

just my .02 worth, good luck!!

The headers will be larger so the exhaust needs to be larger. There are three mufflers in the system and yes it probably will be loud. We are trying to keep the noise down.

Those canisters look tiny. I like the look of the tips.

Me too. Things seem to be moving now. I'm going on vacation next week and will be back after that to do the testing hopefully. By the end of the year we may have the complete header back system done. I've been told much less but damn the project gets sidetracked easily. It will get done but I can't hold my breath that long.
