So this is what I spent a couple hours on today (finally had some free time). I ordered it in March and Comptech has been back ordered till recently. Well the box states that it is for 00-06' S2000, wondering if that has to do with anything. It went together pretty strait-forward, but it still hits the underside of my hood. Quality seemed good, but the fiberglass bottom seemed a bit generic cause it didn't fit all that well. Wondering if they stopped production on ap1's and now just make them for ap2's, but still say they fit all models?? Either way it's installed.

 

They all hit the hood . Been that way since day one .

 

Mine has a few scuff marks from the hood lining and the plastic tab but its no biggie. You could put some foam tape under there if you don't want it scuffed. Its all personal preference.
