Wow, I wish I had taken a photo.
I just bought a harness from a guy in the US. It is a connector (which accepts the lead from the HT) and rubber grommet that goes in the rear left panel. I has two leads coming off it, one for power and the other would go to the switch in the center console of dash.
He got two with his kit with slightly different connectors. One fit his car (post-02) and the other was spare. I assume it is one or the other of these that you require.
On a side note, I was amazed that my early 00 car had the plastic pop out for the rubber grommet already in place.

The pre 02 doesn't have the hole & grommit in place - I had to drill mine with a IIRC 25mm hole saw.
I asked about this on the US UTH, and didn't get any suitable response - perhaps this is a regional variance ?
I have a 4 wire vs 3 wire connector with IIRC a couple of wires which have common colour coding. My connectors look like this (I imagine that Wampa has the same):

Hmmm, weird. My 00 has the hole and grommet.
The rest of the wiring I'm going to do myself as I no longer have the switch pod in the centre console. I have a USDM coin/phone slot.
And if you notice ahead of the steering wheel are two blanks which can take switches. One is the rear demister.
It shouldn't be too hard for someone with reasonable electrical experience to work out what wires go where and do what. Effectively the wires to the console are for a switch that trips a relay that puts power direct to the rear window element.

Yes mine is the same. How did you overcome this?
I may get my multimeter out at some point & try & work it out.
Obviously, if you find out the solution, please share
