Impossible to found a good 10W-30 petroleum-based oil. This oil's viscosity is unused in Barcelona (Spain). I only found (and bought -better that filling factory oil with Esso Semi-Synthetic 10W-40 provided by the Honda's dealer-) Ford (

Maybe a 5W30 oil is more common in yor area. It will work as well.

It's really a pain this oil business over here. It seems like weight selection is totally random. I have never, but never, seen Mobil1 10W30 on the shelfs or at the dealers for that matter.
Actually, I'm seeing Mobil less and less...

Papi, Mobil 1 is full synthetic. I swapped at 5,000 kms and never looked back. My car is not using any oil, and seems to be running fine so far (33,000 kms). I have had shell and mobil 1 synthetics, from 5w to 10W to 15W every 5,000 kms or so.

I've had the same problem in the UK. The only 10w30 I could find was Ford's. I've been using the same Shell 5W30 that I used to use in my ITR without any problems.

My car was filled by my Honda Service dept with Shell Helix ((fully synthetic) 5w30 at the 1st service.

I really do not think that Mobil 1 10w30 is widely available in Europe.....

The main thing is to keep the level topped up!

Here in Aus the dealers use the Integra Type R oil.

Specification: SAE 10W-30 API SJ
Part No: B1700 (5 litre pack)

I think any SAE 10W-30 oil would suffice.
