I mean it's a great piece of engineering, but the more I look at it - the less I like it. Especially the way it looks from the side. It has some pretty nice lines flowing from back to front at angle, and the front is agressive but the side view is just such a huge disappointment. Nothing like a beautiful Rx-7 or any other nice car.
I think it could be because of the short wheelbase.
I don't know. Maybe bigger wheels and side skirts will help?

Batten down the hatches!!!!! You could be in for a rough ride!!

PS> I used to own a series 6 RX7 and looking at the back of the car, I now think it looks ugly. The S2000 rear is really nice. And, the RX7 doesn't look all that great unless it is dressed up as well. I really like the S2000 styling, but when both cars are dressed up with wheels at least, they both look nice. I love the RX7 interior though.

Cheers,

You are entitled to your opinion but I can't say I share it.
Still several of my friends love the TT - I honestly think it is incredibly ugly.

Have you seen the S2000 with rear spoiler and mudguards ? IMHO it adds considerably to the side profile of the car. Would be interested to know if it changes your opinion at all.

Also, do you like the look of the Subaru WRX and/or Audi TT ?

By your own words, opinions on looks are pretty meaningless. If at one point a person can find an object (AudiTT) attractive, then at another moment decide they think that same object looks ugly, by definition, pretty much reduces the expression of an opinion on looks to be fickle at best. Since a comment such as this is the purest form of subjectivity, any response has the same validity as the originating comment, however ridiculous it may appear. To say, "that opinion sucks" is as subjectively valid as saying, "the car's profile is ugly".

Or to be put another way, for one poster to say "you're an idiot" is as subjectively valid as you saying "S2000 sucks".
