Default does anyone else have any probs with V-AFC???

Hey guys, I hope someone can help me on this. Everytime I'm hovering around 6k, the check engine light will come on. It usually happens when I stay around 6k for a few seconds-then it'll go in fail-safe mode. Does anybody have any similar experiences? I hate having this problem. Especially during canyon runs when you can't use VTEC.

Try it at -7 (if other settings are at zero)
Monitor the Corr and make sure it doesn't every drop below -7%

okay I'll try that... but what if I changed the wide throttle settings? Will I have to change it back to zero or do you just mean vtec unmatch lo-hi to zero and hi-lo to 7???

Sorry for the confusion, the total correction needs to be -7% during the mismatch condition (DeadZone; VTi=OFF & VTo=ON). This can be accomplished in a couple different ways, but the way I've settled on is by setting all correction values in the 5600 to 7000 rpm range to zero and use a V/T Unmt Hi<<L of -7% (of course your results may vary).
PM me if you want and I'll give you my phone # so we can sort this out for you, if you want
