There is an indoor track in Braintree, MA with simulation F1 racing. Check out www.f1boston.com for details. Who is intersted in an off season meet there in January?

I have it, on very good authority, that this place is very well run, with an excellent restaurant. It would certainly be a "fun" day out where you could get your 'driving skills' tuned up?

Post if you are interested and I will coordinate it!

John

I am!!! I did this for the first time a couple of months ago. Got my license and I'm ready to go!!! It was a great time! Those little go-carts fly and handle the corners fairly well. Power sliding is a must and taking the right line is also very important. I am a true hacker and was lapped only once in about 6 races we had in a half-hour. It was a lot of fun and it is better when you go there with a lot of people you know so you can have the track to yourself for the allotted time. The only after effects that I had was I was very sore in my upper body for the next couple of days. You really are hanging on in the corners

Yes, I'm interested... I thought no one was when I mention this last time!

I had done 3 races in one night, that's probably the max I can!

I am in!
I got my annual licence but have done only 2 races -- I got some catch-up to do.
I can go anytime except 12/30 daytime.

Last post was on 12/26, did I miss any update?

Sorry about the late update but, unfortunately, F1 Boston is booked for many weekends in advance. I am trying to work out a group time slot but with only half-dozen drivers, we do not have very much clout.

Any other drivers out there who might be interested?
