well the pics seem to be getting a little bit better. try taking some shots in better lighting with more interested backgrounds and lighting effects are good too. you can also do a little bit of photo manipulation using photoshop or other programs.. here are a few pics i took and manipulated a tiny bit to make the object stand out a bit more.
