Sponsor Group Meet Request
Our sponsor, Ed Napleton Honda, has requested that we have a meet at his location on an upcoming weekend. I have been in contact with the company that does his advertizing and we are begining to work out the details.
The General Manager has requested an "Open House" and get attendance from as many of our group members as possible. They will free up the "Front Line" for us for parking to attract a crowd, pay for a radio spot, and have food of some type available. This of course is to draw a crowd into their dealership.
Since Ed Napleton has been helping us out the last few years and never really asked us for anything in return, I believe we should help them out.
To make this successful, I need comitment from all of you. Our goal is to get as many S2K's there as possible.
We have not determined the date or time yet, but I will make two days available for them. Instead of having our "planned" day run in August or the picnic in September, I would like to replace one of these events with this meet.
Because July is to near, my recommendation is August 18th as the primary date with September 15th as the secondary date
I will know more in the next few days, but need you to check your calendar and respond with your availability and commitment. If we can get 20+ S2K's to this event, it will be considered successful for all of us.
So, check your calendars and post your availability sooner than later.
