Who all wants to drive up to St. Louis with me to chill with 8BALL and company in August? I'm heading up there on Thursday, August 16th to hit up their monthly pizza/beer gathering at Stephanina's and then joining in that Saturday, August 18th for their big sponsor meet at Ed Napleton. And then... party @ 8BALL's! Who's in? I can pretty much guarantee you all will have a great time.

Here are a few hotels/motels in the area.

Firm committments MUST be in by the end of July as 8BALL needs to give the sponsor a head count.

I'd be down for going, I just have to make sure I have all my ducks in a row first.

 

This is the first time we are going to have an event such as this with one of our sponsors. I'm trying to get as many cars as we can to show and make a day of it.

There will be a radio station on site Popcorn, prizes, gifts. Pretty much an open house to allow us to show our cars off at a dealership and draw a crowd. that day.

We should be able to make it provided noting unexpected happens.

Thursday, August 16th
10:00 a.m. - meet and leave Tulsa
1:00 p.m.- stop in Springfield for lunch
6:00 p.m. or so - arrive in St. Louis and check in to hotel
7:00 p.m. - pizza at Stephanina's

Friday, August 17th
We have all day to hang out, check out various sites and pretty much do whatever we want, so there's really no time schedule, so some of the things we can do are...

• Wash the cars
• Check out the Arch (maybe a group pic or someshing?)
• Maybe hit up Grand Prix Speedways

Saturday, August 18th
8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. - sponsor meet at Ed Napleton
Afterwards - BBQ @ 8BALL's

Sunday, August 19th
Drive home

There you have it. I'm open to suggestions.

 

I'm going to see if I can get off on Friday so I can show you all the "TOWN" that day. If not, You are all invited to my house for some pool, darts, hot tub, drinks (and such) in the evening.
