Default Reference to "Sex in the S2000"

After going to an S2K meet yesterday, I learned that ONE person decided to go post in the "Site Info" forums to complain that the poll I started about having sex in the S2000 not that long ago needed to be closed... https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=506204

Now the last time I saw the thread, there were over 300 poll replies, over 100 posts, and over 3500 views... which in my opinion is a lot for ONE thread. I decided to do this poll to see the consensus on what people thought about the thread.

Please do not hold back on your replies... be honest and blunt because apparently some people are too up-tight and do not have enough of a sense of humor. There were also judgements and assumptions being made about the people of the s2ki community, which I find to be rude.

We lost a thread but gained a censor, welcome Bass. Now go bother some other forum, you're not needed here.

I don't want to start a pissing contest or an argument, but I had no problem with that thread.

I didn't like the thread at all, I thought it was pretty stupid, but I think deleting it was a mistake. It shouldn't have been locked or deleted IMO.

I'm not trying to start an argument either. It's just a little frustrating that this person has to go to such extreme to close down this one thread when there was no reason to.

If this person was anything of a good parent, he wouldn't be letting his 10 year old daughter read on this forums. This isn't a little kid's forums. Yes, it is public for anyone to read, but it is aimed at people that have a driver's license, owners, and enthusiasts.

And I'm sorry, but as mentioned before, it's being hypocritical to be talking about how bad that thread is but there's a BABY SMOKING A CIGARETTE in his avatar, which I'm assuming is the same profile that his "10 year old" daughter uses to read these forums.

This forums has been around for a long time with things that are discussed way worse than that one poll, so why now all of a sudden this person needs to try to police s2ki????

I'd edit this post if I were you. If you're not trying to start an argument, questioning someone's parenting ability is not a good way to do it.

Just some friendly advice.

This isn't a question of whether or not that poll was stupid. You might think it was stupid, as someone might think it was fine, as someone might think it was a good laugh... you're entitled to your opinion just as I am and there's nothing wrong with that.

But to go to the extreme of having it removed/deleted with a hypocritical defense is just not right at all.

I'm just using a door that he opened... that's all.

Not too say I am a Saint, but Bass sure is something else. He has a baby smoking a cig under his screename but he doesnt want smiley's becuase they are not approiate((sp??) for his 10 yr old daughter to see.

Anyways that is neither here nor there. I do not think the thread should be delted, anyone has a choice to watch or not watch, read or dont read. No reason to spoil others fun.

I didn't read it because it sounded lame...

If you're looking for something to make you laugh, look at this thread.

I don't care if it was locked or deleted. Sometimes discretion about sexual exploits is appreciated.
