I think it was a bad choice of him to request the lock, but the responsibility ultimately lies with the soft-spined mod who granted that request.

 

Well, gang, you know the definition of a moral conservative -- someone who is haunted by the thought that somewhere, somehow, someone is enjoying him or herself. This is a great example of that. I enjoyed the thread, and am sorry to have it deleted.

I hope those who complained about the Sex in the S2000 thread keep their kids indoors away from tv, radio, movies, magazines, newspapers, billboards, the Internet, and the beach. If you don't think the content on this site is suitable for your kids DON'T LET THEM SURF THIS SITE!

I find the censorship involved here much more offensive than anything in the thread. This from an over 50 conservative.

And a suggestion to the moderator who locked the thread...perhaps a better solution would have been to simply move it to The Corner. Just a thought for next time.

I said... I don't know if poll should have been posted in the S2000 Talk or in Off-Topic but since it is related to the S2000, I posted it in S2000 Talk.

So moving it would have been cool...

i also thought the thread was entertaining. i'm about 17 years removed from being 10 years old though, and my parents recently started letting me read whatever i want.
first and foremost, 10 year olds probably shouldn't have unmonitored access to the internet.
second, if you're an adult and don't like thread topics, you don't have to read them. people really need to find better things to do with their time than bitch about threads on an enthusiast forum.
