Mikey you may be right but I am not willing to risk the fact that the dealers may have got it wrong (as they do), go and fit another alarm to find that wasn't the issue!

If it's not fixed when I get it back from lookers I am going back to Stuart Graham with it!

Mate I would bet my left bollock on it being the alarm*

There should be something in the FAQ about then being completely shite. Neil?

and whats wrong with the Astra SXi?

Is your car awaiting a new alarm board?
Why haven't they bridged the terminals and it will be ok to drive albeit without an alarm system - some say this is the better alternative as well.
Have they given you a date when they will have the parts they need?

If you still need cheering up - don't watch the rugby!!!!!!

Actually the SXI is really good I've not had it long but lo and behold a stupid old woman pulled out of a petrol station in front of me tonight and I hit her!!

(Not my fault BTW)

Although I am looking on the bright side it could have been the S2000!

On the alarm front Lookers said on Friday last week they were sending the circuit board off on Monday which they said they had done when I called them, I then called them again on Wednesday and they said it was out of their hands until Hamilton Palmer got back in touch.

I am pushing for it to be done on Hondacare as seen as thats one of the reasons I bought the car and because this is the 5th time in 10 months it has let me down.
