9,000 or 10,000 RPM Dash Gage?
I don't have my stook just yet, but I'm confused. The brochure shows a 9,000 RPM gage, but in many pictures I see (For instance, in Carney's book on page 97) there is clearly a 10,000 RPM on the tach!?!?!
Did they make a change when they went to production, or is the european model different?
Looks to me like these pictures have about 15 red bars after redline instead of the 5 in your photo.

The photo's you are referring to are from pre-production S2K's, no such thing existed for public drooling or purchase (where the hell are those pre-production S's now anyway?). Want another little known fact? The S2000 came in slightly underweight for it's 270HP engine and threw the balance of the rest of the car off, so they detuned the F20C to it's current state.
