Default how do i keep my cat off of my s2k???

Our damn cat sleeps on top of every car we have had, especially convertibles. he sleeps on top of the hood while the engine is still hot then moves to the roof to get the rest of the heat. his paws damage the paint and leave mud, so how do i keep him off my car. I cant get rid of him, cant kill him, cant cut off his legs and cant lock him out of the garage. What to do???

Two words: Car Cover. California Car Covers makes a nice one for about $120.

Scot, any suggestions?

I would suggest a car cover...death is probably out of the question.

i agree with the car cover solution...
and its better for your paint to always cover the car when not driving (yes, even in the garage!).
pretty easy to cover and uncover-

2 coats of Zaino, and those critters slide right off!

Actually, I'm serious! My friend had the same problem with his Mustang. The cat learned his lesson and never tried to sit on the Mustang again!
