Goodwood FOS 2008.
I'm heading down next year.
Anyone else up for it?
What about tickets. They're on sale now but I have no clue which ones to get...
Who's been?
Recommendations etc.?

And I'll go in my glider then.
Have attended every FOS & R but as I live 20 minutes down the road no excuses really.
Apart from the annual change of theme the content of the FOS has become a bit repetitive though. Friday till the best day if you want to avoid the worst of the crowds and are not bothered the cars are only practising on the hill climb.
The Revival is a unique event and should be experienced just once in a lifetime.
Great if you are happy to watch the racing, visit the side shows, fun fair and admire those that dress in period clothes. But hard luck if you want to access the Paddock & Park Ferme.
Marshalled at this years R, during the build up and the practise days as well, so was able to view it all for free, and spend my refreshment breaks in the Pit lane.

I think we're just going to get the three day pass so we can take it easy and mooch around a bit.
Don't want to try and fit it all in in a day. If we get bored by the Sunday we can just go to the boozer.
It now looks like there might be a few(6) of us going which should be a laugh.

And that's before you do the rounds of the retail area selling all sorts of motoring associated items you never realised you neeeded!

Thinking about booking some tickets for the above which is 11-13 July this year. Is anyone else thinking of doing the same?
For those that have been before, is it worth booking any grandstand seats and, if so, which stand do you reckon is best?
