i have seen some of these go FS: in the forums so i figured i would post a guide as i bought mine used and had no install help.
Things you need:
Dremel w/ cutting blade
phillips screw driver
flat head screw driver
pliers

ok first things first i had the ARC intake on mine, so once the stock box or whatever intake system you have is removed then remove the front bumper
there are four screws on top here. and screws on the bottom as well as the fender well

once done your front should look like this

there is the black piece that pushed air into the radiator. it is held on buy some plastic screws, remove this



once done. fit the duct. now i have a cooling plate so i did not put the black piece back in. i just went ahead and left it out. fit the duct down towards the front bumper

now the part that scares people. this is just time consuming. lay the hood on the intake and use your flat head to gently scratch the paint. make sure you do it on the four side of the chamber. once done protect your engine bay

the cut will look something like this

afterwards with the dremel it has a sandpaper like bit that i used to smooth the edges. this will prevent you from getting cut.
once done the rest is easy dont bolt everything down until it is all fitted together.

ohhh and for the ap1 there is a box that two vacuum hoses connect to that check the air pump to make sure it works. i used to long zip ties and zipped it to the frame tight!

fyi, when i installed mine, taking off the bumper wasn't necessary - but it'd made my life a lot easier.
